La columna vertebral tiene dos tipos de curvas fisiol贸gicamente hablando, la cifosis y la lordosis. Gracias a la cifosis hace que la espalda sobresalga hacia afuera en el t贸rax y en el sacro. La hipercifosis es conocida como un exceso de dicha curvatura, pues est谩 relacionada con el adelantamiento de la cabeza y hombros, alterando la postura y en consecuencia la respiraci贸n. Puede ser debido a gen茅tica, edad, malas posturas (delante de m贸vil, ordenador, etc), entre otras causas.
Este adelantamiento de la cabeza y hombros produce alteraciones en la musculatura perif茅rica a t贸raz y cuello. El objetivo de una buena readaptaci贸n y correcci贸n de patr贸n postural se basa en contrarrestar esta situaci贸n.
Os dejamos una propuesta pr谩ctica para conseguir mejorarlo:
- Relajar los m煤sculos m谩s activos
- Extensi贸n de la zona afectada por hipercifosis
- Fortalecer musculatura hipot贸nica
- Mejorar musculatura profunda de cuello
